Mr. Krishnan Ramachandran holds a bachelor’s of technology in electrical and electronic engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Tamil Nadu and holds a post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, West Bengal.

He has been associated with the Company since April 2020. He has over 24 years of experience across health insurance, healthcare & life sciences industries.

Previously, he has been associated with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited as their chief executive officer and has been a consultant with Deloitte Consulting L.P. and Arthur Andersen. He has also been associated with Apollo DKV Insurance Company Ltd. as their chief operating officer in 2007.

Mr. Vishwanath Mahendra joined the Company on March 24, 2020. He is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s financial strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (erstwhile ICWAI).

He is also a chartered financial analyst from CFA Institute, US and a Fellow Member of Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK (FIA) and Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI).

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited (later on merged with HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Limited) and was holding position of chief actuary at the time of exit. He has experience in health insurance space.

Mr. Ankur Kharbanda joined the Company on April 9, 2020. He is responsible for sales & distribution for the Company. He holds a post graduate diploma from FORE School of Management, Delhi.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with HDFC Ergo Health Insurance Company (erstwhile Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited), and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited. He has experience in health insurance space.

Mr. Bhabatosh Mishra joined the Company on April 9, 2020. He is responsible for underwriting, product development, claims management, HCP, FRCU (claims part) and ecosystem. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine, M.B.B.S from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, Odisha, Utkal University.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with TATA AIG Life Insurance Company Limited, Cholamandalam General Insurance Company Limited, SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited and Apollo DKV Insurance Company Limited. He has experience in health insurance space.

Mr. Padmesh Nair joined the Company on April 9, 2020. He is responsible for customer and partner onboarding, customer service, drive customer experience and portfolio management-renewal and cross-up sell.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Nagpur University and a master’s of science degree in insurance & risk management from Cass Business School, London.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company (erstwhile Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited) from April 2008 and was the chief executive officer – digital business unit & member EXCO. He has experience in health insurance space.

Mr. Tarun Katyal joined the Company on March 12, 2018. He is responsible for heading human resources function. He holds a masters degree in personnel management and industrial relations from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Punjab.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited., Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Private Limited, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Arisht Spinning Mills, Auro Spinning Mills, Gontermann- Peipers (India) Limited and Bharti Airtel Limited.

Mr. Rajat Bajaj brings with him 23+ years of rich experience and has a strong background in risk, compliance, secretarial and legal domains. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws from Law Faculty, Delhi University, and graduated in Commerce from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining the Company, he was working with Tata AIA Life Insurance, where he served as Executive Vice President - Chief Risk & Compliance Officer was instrumental in transitioning Tata AIA into a proactive risk & compliance driven organization, while leading the regulatory affairs, compliance assurance, information security, ethics, fraud management, financial & operational risk functions for the organization. He has also worked with leading organizations such as Axis Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Sun Life Financials and SBI Cards & Payment Services.

Mr. Nimish Agrawal joined the Company on June 10, 2021. He is responsible for leads brand & channel marketing, corporate communication, media planning and buying, performance marketing and digital sales for strategic partners and alliances.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from University Institute of Technology, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and a post graduate diploma in management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Infoedge (Naukri.com) and Akzo Nobel India Limited. He has experience across Insurance, Consumer Internet, Paints and FMCG sectors.

Mr. Jitendra Vanjani joined the Company in June 2020. In his dual capacity as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible for driving the organization's strategy formulation and execution roadmap and institutional program management.He also spearheads core operational and customer-centric verticals, including Claims, Underwriting, Operations, Customer Service, Customer Experience & Partner On-Boarding.

He holds a post graduate diploma in business management (PGDBM) in Finance from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and an ADRIM in Insurance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) .

He has also completed the Chief Digital Officer Programme from the Indian School of Business (ISB). Additionally, he is PMP certified, Master Black Belt & Certified Lead auditor.

Prior to his current appointment, he successfully scaled multiple critical leadership portfolios within the Company, serving as Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Director for the Corporate Solutions Group, Digital Partnerships, and Strategic Business Unit. Prior to his journey with the organization, he was associated with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd., where he served as Executive Vice President. He brings over 26 years of extensive expertise spanning corporate strategy, strategic alliances, and large-scale insurance operations.

Mr. Aseem Gupta joined the Company in October 2015. He is responsible for leading the strategic distribution and growth of the Institutional Sales channel. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the FORE School of Management, New Delhi..In addition to this role, he oversees the Business development and expansion of the Bharat Banca channel to semi-urban and rural markets, while continuing to drive key banking relationships, NBFC and Digital partnerships.

Prior to his current appointment, he served as Sr. VP & Head - Bancassurance & Alliances and Director & Head Bancassurance within the Company. Before joining the organization, he has spent several years with Max New York Life, where he managed significant roles including NRM - Banca. He brings extensive experience across corporate insurance alliances, strategic business development, and bancassurance distribution channels.

Mr. Anshuman Mahendra Pareek joined the Company in November 2020. He is responsible for leading the strategic distribution and growth of the Retail & Commercial Sales channels, managing Agency, Third Party Distribution, Corporate Business & International Business.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and is a B.Tech in Textile Technology from MLVTI, Bhilwara. He has also completed a Leadership Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Prior to his current appointment, he served as Executive Vice President – Business Development, Strategic Alliances, NBFCs & Third Party Distribution within the Company, and has consistently been a Member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to his journey with the organization, he was associated with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co Ltd, where he served as Senior Vice President. He brings an extensive background in managing large-scale distribution networks with over 20 year’s experience in General & Health Insurance industry.

Mr. Dhiresh Rustogi joined the Company on September 18, 2023. He is responsible for management of information technology in the Company. He holds a bachelor’s of technology degree in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Uno Asia Pte Ltd., Citibank N.A. Singapore and Citibank Associate India. He has experience in information technology space.

Mr. Vikas Jain joined the Company on September 2, 2015. He is responsible for handling investment function, financial planning and investor relations. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed a post graduate programme in management from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Quickdel Logistics Private Limited, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Max India Limited, GE Capital International Services and Global Vantedge Private Limited. He has experience in the field of investment management and finance.

Mr. Manish Sen joined the Company on January 31, 2021. He is responsible for leading the actuarial function. He holds a master’s degree in science from the Delhi University and is a fellow member of Institute of Actuaries of India.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with HDFC Ergo General Insurance Limited (erstwhile Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited), McKinsey Knowledge Centre and Towers Watson India Private Limited. He has experience across consulting and insurance sectors.

Ms. Smriti Manchanda joined the Company on August 9, 2017. She is responsible for the Internal Audit function of the Company. She is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor of commerce (honors) degree from University of Delhi. She is a certified project management professional since December 2020.

Prior to joining the Company, she was associated with Genpact India Private Limited, CPA Global Support Services India Private Limited., Evolvence Advisory Services Private Limited (now known as Religare Advisory Services Limited), ICICI Bank Limited and Technovate eSolutions Private Limited. She has work experience in the field of internal audit.

Ms. Joanne Elizabeth Woods joined the Company on July 20, 2023. She is responsible for creating and executing the complete enterprise risk management framework encompassing all risk categories including; insurance risk, market risk, operational risk, information security and cyber risk and other risks such as strategic and regulatory for the Company.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lancaster University, a Level 3 certification from the Chartered Institute of Insurers. Prior to joining Niva Bupa, she worked in the capacity of risk & governance director at various office locations of Bupa. She has experience in risk and governance management.

Mr. Vipul Sharma has over two decades of work experience in Financial services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Master degree in Finance and Control.

Prior to joining the Company, he served to Bharti AXA Life Insurance as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) & prior to that, he had worked with HDFC Ergo Health Insurance (erstwhile Apollo Munich Life Insurance) as Head Internal Audit. He has also worked with ICICI Prudential in various roles including Internal Audit, Operations & customer service and with ICICI Bank in credit function.

Ms. Aparna Sharma joined the Company’s Secretarial Team in June 2024, bringing over 15 years of multifaceted experience across the Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Manufacturing sectors. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

A specialist in corporate governance and capital market transactions, she has a proven track record in IPO execution and multi-jurisdictional compliance across India, APAC, and Ireland.

Since joining, she has been instrumental in implementing SEBI Listing and Insider Trading regulations, while overseeing critical milestones such as the Company's IPO and ESOP schemes. Her career includes key roles at Fidelity Group, Times of India, Ansal API and Network 18.
