Mr. Dinesh Kumar Mittal holds a master's degree in physics from University of Allahabad. He is a former Indian Administrative Service officer of 1977 batch (UP cadre) and has served the government of India in various capacities. Previously, he has served with the Government of India as Secretary - Ministry of Finance, Secretary - Department of Financial Services where he was responsible for overseeing Banking, Insurance and Pension policies of India. He also served as Secretary - the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and as Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary - Department of Commerce. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of IL&FS and with the Government of the state of Uttar Pradesh in various capacities including as Secretary to the Chief Minister, Managing Director - Uttar Pradesh Land Development Corporation, Vice Chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authority and Special Secretary and Additional Director - Industries.

Mr. C.B. Bhave has over 44 years of vast experience in regulatory and financial services sector. He is a 1975 batch IAS officer. He worked in different positions in the Central and State Governments and also won awards from the Government of Maharashtra for his outstanding work in the area of family welfare and excellence in administration. He then worked in Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Senior Executive Director from 1992-1996, helping create the regulatory infrastructure for Indian capital markets. Mr. Bhave took voluntary retirement from the IAS to set up the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), the first depository, in 1996 and was its Chairman and Managing Director from 1996 to 2008.

Mr. Bhave worked as the Chairman of SEBI, India’s capital market regulator, from 2008 to 2011. During this time, he was also the Chairman of the Asia-Pacific regional Committee and a member of the Technical and Executive Committees of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). He was responsible for revolutionising the Indian capital market by getting market players to accept the new system of dematerialised shares and debentures. Mr. Bhave was a member of the Board of the Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB), which is a not-for- profit foundation registered in Madrid, Spain. He was also a trustee of the IFRS foundation based in London and is a member of the Regulatory Committee of Abu Dhabi Global Markets.

Mr. Pradeep Pant is a highly experienced senior business leader, now involved in business consulting and education.

He has managed a wide range of iconic brands across some of the world’s fastest-growing and complex emerging markets including China, India, Russia, Turkey, Middle East and ASEAN as well as developed markets like ANZ, Japan, Korea. He has a deep understanding of market dynamics and cultural diversity. He has a proven track record and passion for turning organizations around.

Pradeep was Executive Vice President and President of Asia Pacific (AP) and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) for Mondelēz International till end 2013. Launched on October 1, 2012, Mondelēz International consists of the global snacking and food brands of the former Kraft Foods Inc. Pradeep has served as President, Asia Pacific, since 2008 and he assumed his responsibility for the EEMEA region in 2012.

Previously, Pradeep was Regional Managing Director for Asia, Africa, and the Middle East for Fonterra Brands. He was a member of the Fonterra leadership team as well as the company’s global brands marketing group. Prior to Fonterra, he spent 19 years with The Gillette Company working in India, Russia, Turkey and Asia Pacific. Pradeep has also worked with Nestle, J Walter Thompson and the Tata group.

Pradeep holds a Master of Management Studies degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Bombay University, and a BA with Honors degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Pradeep is also the Founding President of Food Industry Asia (FIA), an Advisory Board Member of SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business and a Senior Advisor to Hay Group and McKinsey & Co.

Mr. David Fletcher commenced in the new role of Chief Risk Officer of Bupa in January 2017. He has been with Bupa since 2014 in senior roles including Chief Internal Auditor and MD of IDM.

He has had extensive international financial services experience, having held various senior positions in Nigeria, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and in London with Standard Chartered and Citibank.

Mr. Divya Sehgal joined True North in 2010. He is based in Mumbai and is responsible for investments in and scaling up of businesses in the Financial Services and Technology sectors. Divya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Delhi and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bengaluru. Prior to joining True North, he was Founder and Chief Operating Officer of a Apollo Health Street, a leading healthcare outsourcing firm and one of the top five in its space globally. Before that he worked as a consultant with McKinsey, with the corporate finance team at ANZ and as an entrepreneur at Emedlife, one of the first corporate healthcare advisory firms in India that eventually merged with the Apollo Group.

Mr. Krishnan Ramachandran is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD&CEO) of Niva Bupa Health Insurance. He is responsible for driving Niva Bupa’s next phase of growth with a view to realize the vision of becoming the most trusted health insurance company in India.

Krishnan is an industry veteran and a well-recognized name in the health insurance space. He brings over 23 years of extensive experience across Health Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. Krishnan is known for his focus on core institution building practices with varied experience in transforming health insurance operations, driving a high growth distribution strategy and leveraging technology for enabling business growth.

He has played a key role in shaping the evolution of the health insurance industry in India through leadership roles in the CII Policy & Standards Committee on Health Insurance. In addition, he has a diverse experience across domestic and international markets coupled with a track record of delivering consistent and profitable growth.

Prior to Niva Bupa, Krishnan was the CEO of Apollo Munich Health Insurance. Krishnan holds an MBA degree from IIM Kolkata and a B Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT Madras.

Mr. Maninder Singh Juneja joined True North in 2016 and is based in Mumbai where he is involved in building and managing businesses primarily in the financial services sector. An MBA from IIM Lucknow, Maninder has over 17 years experience in the banking and financial services industry. Prior to joining True North, Maninder was the group Head for ICICI Banks Retail Banking group, covering Strategy, Products, Small Business Loans, Branch Banking and distribution channels. Prior to this, he started his career with Godrej as a Branch Manager and has worked with Godrej GE Appliances and GE Transportation financial services.

Ms. Penelope Ruth Dudley is Chief Legal Officer at Bupa. She is responsible for legal advice and risk management, privacy, financial crime, whistleblowing and corporate insurance at the international health and care company.

She has been in the role since 2016 and is a member of the Chief Executive Committee. She joined Bupa in 2010 and previously held roles in Bupa’s international private medical insurance (IPMI) division. Her extensive international experience in regulated financial services has included legal roles at Macquarie and Invesco. She trained at Freehills in Sydney and has a First-Class honours degree in International Business and Law from Queensland University of Technology. Penny is a trustee of the Royal Flying Doctors Service, Friends in the UK.
